6 Bulbs of Garlic
Olive Oil
Aromatic Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel garlic and put in an oven safe dish. Cover with olive oil and top with herbs. Bake in the oven at 250º for 2 hours. Should be a golden brown color. Perfect on toast, and other cooking applications.
