2 c maple syrup
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Boil syrup to 238 or until it can be formed into soft ball when dropped into cold water. Remove from heat. Beat egg whites quickly until stiff. Pour hot syrup in a thin stream over whites beating constantly. Continue beating until mixture is stiff enough to spread.
