1/2 lb sausage * 1 (14.5 oz can) tomatoes , undrained DelFratelli
1 onion, chopped 3 Tbsp, water
3/4 cup green pepper 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tab minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped celery, optional
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 (8oz) pkg noodles (kluski)

*I use Dei Fratelli Diced tomatoes, seasoned or low sodium(14.5 oz can)
Can use the whole can or measure out smaller amount per recipe

In large skillet combine sausage, celery, and onion. Cook until sausage is done,
stirring occasionally. Remove excess fat with paper towel
Add can of tomatoes with tomato sauce and water.Add to sausage , etc in skillet.
Add green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and brown sugar to mixture in skillet
Simmer sausage mixture 10 minutes. Cook noodles until tender, drain, and add to
skillet, mix and serve
