1 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 Tablespoon basil
2 cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 Tablespoons Olive oil

2 10 ounce packages frozen spinach

2½ cups ricotta

Lasagna Noodles

1 pound mozzarella
⅔ cup Pargigina Reggiano

Layer sauce, noodles, spinach, cheese -- repeat a few times.
