½ cup olive oil
4 onions chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 celery stalks
4 peppers, assorted red, yellow, orange or green peppers
1 can black beans rinsed/drained
1 can cannelloni beans rinsed/drained
1 can pinto beans rinsed/drained
1 can kidney beans rinsed/drained
1 can diced tomatoes
4-6 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cumin
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
1 Tablespoon hot sauce
