3 lbs ground round
2 cans sliced black olives
1 can (#2) yellow cream style corn
1 can (#2) whole corn, strained
2 large onions, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans kidney beans (more if you like) with juice
1 large can sliced mushrooms & stems
1 large can Tamales
2 ½ tsp chili powder
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

This needs a large soup pot - larger than 5 qts
Fry onion, garlic and ground round
remove wrappers and cube tamales into 1 to 1½ inch pieces
Add all ingredients except cheese to meat mixture and cook for around 45 minutes on medium heat
sprinkle servings with cheese
