Ingredients:  
⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs, fine
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 eggs
3 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks
1 Tbl olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Dip each zucchini stick in the egg then roll in crumb mixture to coat evenly.
Lay sticks on an oiled baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the coated sticks.
Bake in a 450º oven for about 25 minutes until the coating is well browned and crusty.
