2 c. Flour
¼ c. Sugar
1 stick Butter
2 Eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Sour Cream, room temperature

For Topping and Center of Cake:

½ c. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350º

Step 2:

Sift flour 3 times. Cream sugar and butter and then add eggs, sour cream, and flour and beat for 10 minutes without stopping. Should be like whipped cream when done.

Step 3:

Pour half the batter into a bundt pan and sprinkle with half the topping mixture. Pour rest of better into pan and sprinkle with the remaining topping mixture.

Step 4:

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
