2 T Vegetable/Olive Oil
2 to 4 Pork Chops
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 sm Onion, sliced
2 T Worcestershire sauce (opt)
1 C Beef Broth
Small Potatoes (red, yellow, or your favorite)
Baby Carrots
1 tsp Garlic Powder
˝ tsp dried Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the pork chops on both sides. In a separate pan or in the Instant Pot on Sauté, brown the chops for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove chops. Add onions to pan or Instant Pot and sauté for about 2 minutes. Deglaze the pan or Instant Pot with the beef broth and place broth in pot if not already in there. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and dried mustard in the broth. Add potatoes to cover the bottom of the pot. Add carrots to cover the potatoes. Place pork chops on top of the carrots. Place the lid on the pot setting the valve to the sealed position. Select the "Meat/Stew" button and cook for 18 minutes. Use the quick release at the end of the 18 minutes and serve.
