2 to 6 bone-in Pork Chops
3 T Olive Oil
24 oz Chunky Salsa
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. In a separate pan or in the Instant Pot set to sauté, brown the chops in the olive oil for 2 minutes on both sides. Layer the chops and salsa in the Instant Pot starting with chops on the bottom. Place the top on pot and set the valve to seal. Cook in the pot on high for 2 minutes. Allow pot to depressurize naturally (about 10 minutes). Use the salsa at the bottom of the pot as a topping for the pork chops when served.
