1/2 loaf Pepperidge Farm thin sliced bread
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. canola oil
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cover large cookie sheet with foil. Pour on melted butter and canola oil. Dip both sides of bread in the oil mix and then sprinkle garlic powder on each slice of bread. Cut the bread into cubes and place back on the cookie sheet. Bake in 250º oven for at least an hour, or until golden brown.
