1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 pound raw peeled and deveined shrimp, slightly thawed if frozen
Blackened or cajun seasoning
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook angel hair pasta al dente

Preheat oven to 350º

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray

Coat shrimp with blackened or cajun seasoning to taste and cook on stovetop in skillet for about 3-5 minutes, flipping once

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, cooked shrimp and broccoli

Add mixture in bowl to greased casserole dish

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is slightly browned, about 20 - 30 minutes

Total: 40 - 50 mins
