1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed
1/3 c. chopped walnuts, crushed
(Hint: to crush cracker and walnuts, place in ziplock bag and hammer with a meat
cleaver.)
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
1 lb. large shrimp (16 to 20 count)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix crackers with walnuts with approximately 1/3 cup melted butter.

2. Dip shrimp into remaining butter and press the crackers/walnut mixture into shrimp.

3. Place in buttered dish (mixture will cover approximately 15 shrimp).

4. When shrimp are in dish, sprinkle remaining mixture and melted butter over shrimp.

5. Cook shrimp at 400º for 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are done and cracker mixture is golden brown.
