1 lb. butter
4 c. sifted flour
3 egg yolks
¼ tsp. salt
½ pint sour cream (1 cup)

1 whole egg for egg wash
1 c. powdered sugar for dusting
Fruit preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Hand mix butter and flour in bowl, add eggs, salt, and sour cream and mix until smooth. Chill dough. Roll thin and cut into squares. Place small amount of fruit preserves and pinch corners together. Brush tops with whole beaten egg. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely, then cover with powdered sugar
