Left over vegetables

Potatoes parboiled and sliced

Cheddar cheese grated

Parmesan and breadcrumbs mixed

Flour

Milk

Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Use any leftover vegetables that you have in your fridge.

Make sure that any hard vegetable are par boiled before baking.

Make a white sauce and add to the vegetables.

Add layer of potatoes.

Add grated cheese.

Add breadcrumbs and parmesan mixed.

Bake at 180 degrees until crispy and brown on top.
