2 Maris piper Potatoes, scrubbed
Olive Oil
Coarse sea salt
Fresh rosemary chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Cut the potatoes lengthways into 1cm thick slices then slice into 2cm thick chips

Rinse under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Spread out on a roasting tray.

Pour over the oil and sprinkle over salt and rosemary. Toss together and combine.

Bake for 45 minutes turning over 3 to 4 times.
