2 to 3 diced tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic
¼ cup fresh basil chopped
1 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar

1 Flat Bread (Aldi has a good one)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
Balsamic glaze (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together, let stand for 1 hour

Preheat oven to 425º
Brush flat bread with olive oil
Bake 5 minutes or until crispy
Top with tomato mixture and drizzle with Balsamic glaze
