1 pound ground beef (Impossible burger)
½ cup chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, cut up
1 12 ounce can whole kernal corn, drained
large chopped pimento
¼ teaspoon salt
pinch ground black pepper
1 7 ounce can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, brown ground bee; drain. Add onion; stir and cook until tender. Add soup and cream cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Add corn, pimento, salt and black pepper; mix lightly. Pour mixture into a 1½ quart baking dish. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; cut each one in half crosswise. Place cut side down around the edge of baking dish. Bake about 25 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
