1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 1/3 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped nuts
1/4 c water
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan. Add water and brown sugar and mix. Stir in nuts and coconuts. Spread evenly in pan. Add cake batter (wonderful with a chocolate cake) and bake. Let stand 5 minutes so topping sets and turn upside down on a large tray or cookie sheet to serve. Great served with a dollop of whipped cream.
