For the Chicken:
2 Chicken breasts, cut into tenders
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package McCormick Chipotle Taco seasoning

For the Mexican Street corn:
3 corn on the cob
taco seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 packages Pillsbury Crescents Grands Butter flake
½ package Queso Fresco, crumbled
½ cup sour cream
1 cup 3 Cheese Mexican shredded cheese
½ cup black beans rinsed - optional

Directions:
Take the 3 ears of corn and coat with olive oil - sprinkle taco seasoning on corn
- Air fry at 400º for 10 to 15 minutes, turning ½ way through. Let cool, then cut kernels off the cobs and set aside in a bowl

Coat the chicken with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the packet of chipotle seasoning. Let marinate for ½ hour, then air fry at 400º for 10 minutes, turning ½ way through. Let cool. Cut into thin slices. Add to the corn in a bowl the chicken, sour cream and crumbled Queso Fresco. Stir together.

Preheat oven to 375º Place the crescent rolls in the shape of a ring with points facing out ward. Put the chicken mixture around the thickest part of the ring. Top with the shredded cheese, then take the pointed end of the roll and wrap it under the middle of the ring. Continue until all ends are wrapped under, forming a ring. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
