1 cup chopped celery
1 T. butter
1 Rotisserie chicken (deboned and cut-up)
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (8oz. can) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 T. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Topping:
1 T. butter melted
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery in butter until tender. Add onion . Remove from heat and add the next nine ingredients. Spoon into an uncreased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish.

Combine melted butter and cornflakes, sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes.
