1 C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Whisk all dry ingredients together and store in clean Mason jar. When you wish to increase a 15.25 oz cake mix to 18.25 oz, add 3 oz of this mix (6 T) to your existing cake mix.
