1 package tortillas
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 can refried beans
1/2 c water
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream and salsa for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Add onion to ground beef, and brown beef. Drain off fat.
Mix together tomato sauce, water and chili powder and cumin to make the enchilada sauce. Mix sauce with ground beef.
Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray, and then lay out a layer of tortillas on the bottom. Cover with a layer of refried beans, and then a layer of the ground beef mixture. Next, add a layer of grated cheese.
Repeat the layers: tortillas, beans, beef, cheese.
Cover and bake at 400°F for fifteen minutes.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
