Basic shortbread or butter cookie recipe (it will need to firm enough to keep its shape and not flatten too much after baking)
Chocolate almond bark
Pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your cookie dough and shape into the form of a groundhog :) Bake and cool completely.

Dip groundhog body into chocolate then press into the chopped pecans.

Add eyes and a nose with the chocolate or some black frosting and you have the cutest little groundhog!
