70 mini Nilla Wafers (about 1 2/3 cups), divided
1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 vanilla bean (or paste or extract)
1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, split vanilla bean (if using) lengthwise and use a knife to scrape seeds into whipped topping (or add vanilla extract) and mix well.
Reserve 10 wafers for garnish.
Spoon half of the pudding into 5 (8 oz) jelly jars; top with layers of half each of the remaining wafers, bananas and half the whipped topping mixture.
Repeat layers.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Garnish with reserved wafers just before serving.
