2 pounds bulk sausage
30 ounce bag shredded hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces French onion dip
½ cup red sweet bell pepper, diced
½ cup onion, diced
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.

Play frozen hash browns in a large bowl to thaw. Brown sausage.

In a separate bowl mix soup, sour cream, dip, onion, peppers, black pepper and 1¼ cup of cheese.

Mix potatoes, sausage, and the cream cheese mixture together until mixed well. Place the mixture in a greased 9 x 13“ pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 40minutes to 1 hour. Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
