8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 pt. crabmeat
3/4 c. cook rice
1/2 lb. sea scallops, quickly sauteed (optional)
1 cup grated mixture of rat cheese, sharp cheddar and parmesan
Ritz crackers

1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Melt cream cheese and butter in microwave. Saute shrimp, onion, bell pepper, celery and mushrooms in 2 tbsp. of butter. Add to melted cream cheese/butter mixture. Add soup, garlic salt, Tabasco, pepper, crabmeat, rice and peas. Mix well.

3. Add sauteed scallops last and gently mix. Pour into 13 x 9" casserole dish and top with cheese and cracker crumbs.

4. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly.

You could use sea scallops cut in half or bay scallops. Saute for about 2 minutes.
