1 pkg. Crescent Rolls
1 pkg. bulk port sausage (I use Jimmy Dean - Sage)
1 pkg. frozen shredded hash browns
1-2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Unroll crescents and lay flat in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9" casserole dish. Pinch perforations to seal.

3. Crumble raw bulk sausage over the crescent roll crust. (This will be sticky since it is raw.) Pour hash brown potatoes over the sausage. Sprinkle cheese over the hash browns. Pour beaten eggs over the top. (I know it seems like that is not many eggs for this dish but trust me, it is plenty.)

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top browns.
