2 pounds hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 ounce container sour cream
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pinch of pepper
1 sparing pinch salt
3 green onions

Topping:

2 cup Corn Flakes, lightly crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 13“ baking pan with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients (minus the topping ingredients). Place in the 9 x 13“ greased baking pan.

3. Sprinkle the cornflakes evenly over the top of potatoes. Pour melted butter over cornflakes.

4. Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven, uncovered.
