1 bag cole slaw mix
2 pkg. Ramen noodle soup
1 c. chopped cashews
1 c. slivered almonds
1 bunch scallion, cut small
1 c. vegetable oil (not olive)
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. The night before serving, put oil, vinegar, sugar and soup seasoning from Ramen package in a jar and shake well.

2. Toast cashews, almonds and noodles that have been broken into small pieces on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes. Check every few minutes as this will burn rapidly. This step can also be done the day before and kept in a plastic bag.

3. Immediately before serving, combine cole slaw, toasted mixture and dressing.
