6 Eggs hard boiled ( steam for 17min or boil )
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp or more green onion
1/2 tsp prepared mustard

4 slices of bread

hard boil eggs ( chill) then dice up or grate on largest grate. add salt and pepper to taste mix in mayonnaise onion and mustard . mix gently blending it all together and put between the bread slices . serve with pickles
