1 cup sliced onion
1 Tbsp. butter or Margarine
8 hard boiled eggs sliced
2 cups. shredded swiss cheese
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 pepper
6 slices bread (rye) cut into triangles

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 350 F cook and stir onion in butter until tender. Spread mixture in 11x7x1 1/2 baking dish. Top with egg slices. sprinkle with cheese , beat the remaining ingredients with beater. Pour soup mixture over cheese overlap bread slices on top of casserole.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
Broil 1 minute or until bread is toasted.
