Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.Grease & flour a 10 to 12 cup Bundt pan.

In large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, veg. oil, Orange juice and eggs and mix for about 2 mins. Pour cake mixture into Bundy pan. Bake for 35 to 40 mins. until a toothpick, inserted in the center, comes out clean or cake is pulling away from the sides of pan. Allow cake to cool in pan while making glaze.

Glaze:
In small saucepan combine powdered sugar, orange juice and butter. Cook over med.to low heat until butter has melted, stirring frequently. Use a skewer or toothpick to poke holes in the cake. Pour warm glaze over the cake while still in cake pan. It's going to seem like a lot of glaze but keep pouring. Allow to cool 15 to 20 mins. more or until most of the glaze has been absorbed then invert cake onto serving platter. Cool completely before serving. This cake is best served after resting for about 8 hours.
