1 lb. ground beef
4 green peppers
1c. rice, cooked
1 egg
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 beef bouillon cube
1c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Split peppers in half lengthwise;
remove ribs and seeds. Place
peppers in boiling water and cook
for 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain
on paper towels.

2. Combine ground beef, rice, onion,
egg, tomato paste, salt and pepper in
a bowl. Stuff peppers with beef mixture.

3. Combine tomato soup, bouillon, W
sauce and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.

4. Place peppers in a long baking dish. Pour
sauce over peppers.

5. Bake, covered, in a 350º oven for 30
minutes. Uncover, bake an additional 15
minutes.
