1 tbsp olive oil
4 large portobello mushroom
25g breadcrumbs
25g ground almonds
10g parmesan
85g cream cheese (Philadelphia)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
Twist the stalk out of each of the mushrooms and place mushrooms dark side up on the tray.
Mix breadcrumbs and almonds with the parmesan and season.
Sprinkle some of the breadcrumb mixture onto mushrooms and add a dollop of cream cheese.
Top with remaining breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until crumbs are crisp.
Serve on a bed of rocket and balsamic glaze
