4 cups fresh asparagus
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 tbsp shredded carrot
1 tsp grated onion
½ tsp pepper
½ cup herb stuffing mix
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cut asparagus into pieces. Blanch for 3 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients and add to greased 1 quart casserole dish. Combine stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle around edge of casserole dish. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
