2 lb chicken thighs
1/4 to1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 to 1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt more to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/16 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional) more for a bigger kick.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano (Cayenne pepper, optional).
Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour the sauce over it. Make sure it is evenly coated.
Bake chicken for 30-40 minutes, until the top, is golden and the internal temperature of the meat is 165F.
Take out of the oven and serve.

We love these with garlic fried green beans and a side of little red potatoes with a smoother of butter and salt.
