1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. corn starch
1 Tbsp.lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt butter let cool, beat at low-speed ricotta, cream cheese, and sour cream. Beat at high-speed eggs one at a time, sugar a little at a time. Add cornstarch, flour, vanilla, lemon juice, and butter.
Grease a 9-inch spring pan, and spread the bottom with graham cracker crumbs. Bake one hour, do NOT open the oven during baking, and for an hour after the cake is finished.


Note: Start your oven at 350ºF and when you start to bake the cake, all ingredients should be at room temperature.
