2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves fresh Garlic, minced
1 28 oz can Tomato Puree
1 Tbsp minced Flat Parsley (fresh is better, dried is fine)
1 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp White Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil and saute garlic until golden brown.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes partially covered to prevent splattering.

(Optional): Add 1 1/2 lbs cooked ground turkey, ground beef, sweet Italian sausage, tofu, or any combination, and then simmer.

Serve over cooked spaghettini (thin spaghetti) and top with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.
