Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb diced chicken or pork
1 lg onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c green chilies
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 c stewed tomatoes (Mexican stype)
1/2 c celery, sliced
1 tbsp flour mixed with 2 tbsp water
Crisp Corn Tortillas
Shredded cheese
Sour cream, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion, and garlic. Stir in the tomatoes, celery, chilies and chili powder. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper. Mix flour and water and add to meat. Cook 5 more. Put corn tortillas on cookie sheet and top with shredded cheese and put in oven to melt cheese. Spoon meat mixture on the tortillas and coat with sour cream if desired.
