Ingredients: Base 1 - 18.3 oz fudge brownie mix 1 egg 6 Tbsp melted butter 1/4 c water
Pecan Pie Filling 3 lg eggs 1 c light corn syrup 1/3 c packed light brown sugar 1/4 c sugar 4 Tbsp melted butter 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt
Topping 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c melted butter 3 c confectioner sugar

Directions:Preheat oven to 325º. Spray 9"x13" pan with non stick spray. Add all of base ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix until it comes together If necessary to get all of mix incorporated add 1 additional Tbsp water. This batter will be VERY thick. Spread it on the bottom of the pan. Pat dough into place. In another bowl, add all the filling ingredients except the pecans. Whisk together until all is blended together. Add the pecans Spread on top of the brownie base getting the pecans as even as you can. Mix together the cheesecake ingredients in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Drop by large tablespoons over the pecan pie filling. Carefully put the pan into the oven. Bake until the center shakes slightly. Cheesecake will just begin to brown. 50-70 mins. |
