4 Cups Flour
5 Eggs
1Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Water as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 cups of flour on board. Make a well in flour to add the eggs. My Mom used extra large eggs. Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and some water. Incorporate the flour slowing into the egg mixture. Add water as needed to make a nice dough. Knead dough to nice consistency. Cover dough and let rest at least 30 minutes before you roll it out and make your desired pasta.
