1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup hot water
2 eggs ( beaten)

2 1/2 cup flour

2 tsp salt

butter
Bacon for topping


Cottage cheese filling:
2 cups dry curd cottage cheese
2 cups mashed potatoes
small onion grated fine
Salt and pepper
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl add mashed potatoes and water mash till like soup add beaten eggs one at a time mixing well. once combined add flour. should be a soft dough.

put flour on table and roll out till the dough is about 1//4 inch thick or more. Cut in squares

fill with 1/2 plum and 1/2 tsp sugar or different filling. pinch shut with flour.

Boil in water for 10 to 15 min or until they float. add butter to prevent sticking add bacon for topping

we all love mom's (Grandma Elaine Sies ) perogies.. once i ate a whole big yellow glass bowl of the cottage cheese ones cause they are my favorite..
