1/4 c + 2 Tbsp Peanut Sauce divided
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil divided
1 pound boneless chicken cut into strips
4 c chopped romaine lettuce
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 c shredded carrots
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk 1/4 c peanut sauce, lime juice, vinegar and 1 tsp oil in large bowl until smooth. Set aside. Heat remaining oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat. Add remaining 2 Tbsp peanut sauce and gently toss to coat. Add veggies to dressing in large bowl, toss to coat. Divide onto places and top with chicken.
