1 c soft butter
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c oats
1 pkg Heath Toffee Bits
1 c coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool 3-4 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
