⅔ cup shortening
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
4 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla or coconut flavoring

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º oven till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
