1/2 c / 100g brown sugar
1/4 c / 57g butter
2 TB cold milk
1 c / 113 g icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Set out all ingredients. In a small saucepan, melt brown sugar and butter together. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove briefly from heat and stir in milk. Return to heat and bring to boil while stirring.

Remove from heat and stir in icing sugar. Beat well and quickly; this hardens fast. Pour over your cake or brownies.
