1 1/2 c / 180g flour
1 c / 198g sugar
3 TB cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/8 tsp salt
1 c water
5 TB oil
1 TB vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a square baking pan.

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in measuring cup. Stir wet into dry and stir until smooth. Bake about 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and ice with Fudge Icing.
