3/4 c / 150g brown sugar (185g)
2 TB butter (2 1/2 TB)
1 egg + milk to make 1/2c total (2/3 c total)
1 c / 120g flour (150g)
1/4 tsp / 2g salt (2g)
1 tsp baking powder (1 1/4 tsp / 5 g)

FUDGE SAUCE
1/2 c / 99g granulated sugar (115g)
1/2 c / 100g brown sugar (124g)
1/4 c / 21g cocoa (31g cocoa)
1 1/2 c boiling water (450mL)

Put kettle on. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add egg + milk. Beat in flour mix. Pour into prepared pan.

FUDGE SAUCE: Combine sugars and cocoa. Whisk in boiling water. Pour gently over batter.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until cake springs back when tapped.
