2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ¾ cups (403ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk (if you don't have vanilla, just vanilla extract).
¼ cup olive oil/applesauce/vegan butter (I use Miyoko's vegan butter)
Pinch of salt

1. Preheat the waffle maker. Preheat the oven to 200ºF to keep waffles warm if you will not be eating the immediately.
2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, oil and almond milk. Mix well until most lumps are gone.
3. If your waffle iron is not non-stick, you will need to put oil on it.
4. Scoop batter in the center of the waffle plate (mind takes 3 ¼ cups). Close the cover and cook until golden (2 minutes for mine).
